At Copper Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't provide the perfect fit or performance, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
